I’m feeling fearful right now. It’s so dominant, making me feel so weak. Though I know there is nothing I can do about it, it’s still so scary. Haha, ironic that I fear stupidity because the consequences can sometimes be immeasurable, meaning “You are done. You do not have a second chance to start over.” I need to be stronger than my fear.

There are days that my mood is just like a roller coaster, undergoing so many ups and downs. Today was one of those. But at least, I’ve tried to be productive. Managed to do some housework (laundry, cleaning the kitchen, taking M to the mall and an Asian store), cut S’s hair, and spent 1.5 hrs being alone, which was wonderful.

Tomorrow, priorities will include mopping the floor, cleaning the fridge, ordering hard food for Sam and cleaning its litter box, buying mayonnaise, and reminding S about the medical bill and getting a fridge water filter. But the first thing to do will be wrist exercises for 30 mins. It’s time to take care of my wrists before too late. It’s already late. I took the last prescribed pill for this pain but it hasn’t improved much. It’s probably because I haven’t done enough exercise. I barely do, to be honest. The main reason for this “laziness” is with certain movements, I’m ok; therefore, I’ve been avoiding the movements that hurt terribly.
