Praying and reading help me calm down and stop comparison and continue the journey to find the parts of my lost self.

Monday, 02/02/2026, to do:

• feed M breakfast (leftover, oatmeal, cod, chicken, peas, avocado)

• have brunch (stewed beef, kale and rice)

• put dishes away

• run dryer

• fold clothes

• tidy up and vacuum

• look for Dr. appt info

• make medical payment

• clean bathrooms

• make beds

• clean fridge meat compartment

• read MH
